Hihi, probably one of my fave product types to review about - masks! This time, i will be reviewing the Faith in Face masks series, also the No. 1 Hydrogel Mask Brand in Korea. Its launched in 2012 and the company believes that the role of cosmetics is to reveal and highlight each individual’s true and unique beauty, rather than changing something to your face.

What's more, the products only uses organic and naturally derived extracts, such as vegetable collagen, essential oils, Vitamin E, Hyaluronic Acid etc. Free of parabens and mineral oils, Faith in Face products are specially formulated to be gentle on the skin while reducing the chances of allergic reactions. Faith in Face does not perform animal testing on their products.

Unlike regular microfiber and cotton sheet masks, Faith in Face’s hydrogel masks contain a high percentage of water soluble ingredients to deliver maximal hydration and superior skin rejuvenation.

With a gentle formula that is suitable for sensitive skin, the hydrogel masks are also able to cool the skin, thanks to beta-glucans which rejuvenate stressed out skin.

Personal review

I probably have said this before, but i am very in support of brands which does not perform animal testing on their products. I think it is very important that we nurture such a culture which frowns upon cruelty against animals for the sake of, what? Non-necessary safety procedure? Nonsense.

I tried their "after shower look" mask (which i used AFTER i showered LOL) and love love love the tangy-ness of a hydrogel mask!

As you can see, my noob attempt at taking a picture, but -

1. Mask split onto the upper and lower part of the face

2. Extremely hydrating (which i really love and can sense the mask taking its effect)

Simply put it on your face (simple task) but make sure to use the smooth side of the mask!

My mask did not woah from ugly duckling immediately transform to angel lah obviously, but it became

- tangi-er

- softer

- much more hydrated

Really love it, but the masks kept slipping donwards when i placed it on, which irritates me a little because i had to keep making adjustments because my chin isn't covered (and i have a lot of shit going on there so it better stay there)
